FilesMonkey includes PDF merge, split, page, watermark, and protection tools; image compression, resizing, cropping, metadata removal, and background removal; audio and video processing; and ZIP creation, inspection, and extraction. Every tool uses the same secure local, Google Drive, and OneDrive upload flow. Open All file tools to browse currently available capabilities.

Start from the result you need. Use PDF or DOCX for documents, JPG or PNG for images, MP4 for widely compatible video, MP3 for audio, and ZIP for packaging files. The format selector only shows destinations supported for your source file.

Drag a file into the upload area or use Select File. Signed-in users can also import from Google Drive and OneDrive. The current maximum upload size is shown directly beneath the upload controls.

Select the cloud provider, authorize FilesMonkey, browse your folders, and choose a file. FilesMonkey requests read access only for importing the selected file. If the browser blocks the sign-in window, allow pop-ups for FilesMonkey and try again.

Confirm that the file is not empty or damaged, is within the displayed size limit, and that your internet connection is stable. Rename files containing unusual control characters and retry. Cloud imports also require an active provider connection.

Most conversions and file-tool operations complete within seconds. Large documents, archives, and high-resolution media can take longer. Keep the page open while processing; signed-in users can find successful completed jobs in My Files.

A conversion may fail when the input is corrupt, password-protected, DRM-protected, or contains a codec the selected output cannot represent. Try opening the original file locally, remove protection where permitted, and choose a compatible output format.

Available settings depend on the selected tool and formats. Where supported, FilesMonkey exposes options such as image quality, page ranges, crop dimensions, opacity, background tolerance, bitrate, or compression. If no setting is shown, a safe compatibility preset is used.

FilesMonkey supports more than 300 document, image, audio, video, ebook, and archive formats. Open Tools to browse a category, or visit a format-specific converter page to see compatible destinations.

FilesMonkey cannot bypass passwords or digital-rights protection. Remove protection with the owner's permission before uploading. This protects content owners and prevents conversions that would produce incomplete output.

Uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You can remove eligible files sooner from My Files. Files are retained only for processing and download availability under the FilesMonkey storage policy.

Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and are used only to provide the requested file operation. Access to cloud storage is authorization-based, and imported files follow the same retention policy as local uploads.

My Files is the signed-in workspace for successfully processed files. It provides the tool used, completion date, and download action while the file remains within its retention period.

You can explore FilesMonkey without an account. Signing in is required when the app needs to process files, track usage, provide cloud imports, or retain successful conversions in My Files.

Your plan determines the included conversion allowance and any applicable file-size or API limits. Review Pricing for current plan details. Usage is associated with your signed-in account and resets according to the billing period shown there.

Do not retry repeatedly if a payment is pending. Verify the billing details, check with the payment provider, and contact FilesMonkey support with the account email and approximate time of the attempt. Never send full card details.
